Privacy Policy

Account information. When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google. We do not receive your Google password.

Household and player information. Parents and guardians can add players to their household. For each player we may collect name, birthdate, gender, grade, and school.

Registration information. League registration forms may ask for emergency contact details, a parent email address, shirt size, relevant medical information, and other answers the league needs to run safely. When you sign a waiver we record the name you typed, the date and time, and your IP address and browser type as a record of the agreement.

Payment information. Registration payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. We keep a record of the amount paid and the payment status.

Game and league information. For players on a league roster, we publish names, team, jersey number, game statistics, achievements, and game recaps. Some games are filmed and posted on YouTube.

Usage information. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. We also use cookies to keep you signed in.

• To run the leagues: build rosters, schedule games, and contact families.
• To process registrations, payments, and refunds.
• To send account and registration emails, such as confirmations and receipts.
• To publish schedules, standings, statistics, and highlights on the website.
• To keep players safe, using emergency contacts and medical information only when needed.
• To improve the website and keep it secure.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

We share information only with services that help us run the league:

• Supabase, which hosts our database and accounts.
• Vercel, which hosts the website.
• Stripe, which processes payments.
• Resend, which delivers our emails.
• Google, for Google sign-in and Google Analytics.
• YouTube, where game videos are hosted.

League administrators can see registration details for their league. We may also share information if the law requires it or to protect someone’s safety.

Our players are high school students. Accounts are intended for parents, guardians, and players 13 and older, and registration for a minor is completed by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. A parent or guardian can ask us at any time to review, correct, or remove information about their child, including public statistics and player profiles.

We keep account and registration records for as long as your account is active and as needed for league records, payment records, and legal obligations. Game statistics are kept as part of the league’s history unless you ask us to remove them.

• You can update your profile and household information from your account page.
• You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or to close your account.
• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though you will need them to stay signed in.
• If you signed in with Google, you can remove our access in your Google Account settings.

We use encrypted connections, access controls, and trusted service providers to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and contact us if you think your account has been compromised.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will let account holders know by email.
